Role: Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute real estate projects, including residential projects, plotted layouts, and gated communities. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project planning, coordination, and timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage execution of residential, plotted layout, and gated community projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Analyze survey reports, drawings, maps, blueprints, and topographical data.
- Coordinate with architects, RCC designers, landscape consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle labour and contractors and ensure smooth site operations.
- Take complete responsibility for site execution and ensure work is completed as per plans and timelines.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- 4–5 years of relevant experience in site execution/project management.
- Valuable knowledge of construction work from soil analysis to project completion.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.

Location: Parijat Nagar, Nashik

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
