About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-focused creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, campaigns, and marketing creatives.
- Develop designs according to different brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create creative concepts and visual ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Content, Performance Marketing, Video, and Marketing teams.
- Create designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Adapt creatives into multiple sizes and formats as required for different platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and AI-based design tools.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual communication.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based graphic design and editing tools.
- Robust creative thinking and ability to develop original design concepts.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work on multiple brands and different design styles.
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Preferred

- Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency.
- Experience working on multiple brands and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of UI/UX, motion graphics, or video editing will be an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital marketing creatives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be highly creative, visually strong, and up-to-date with current digital design trends, with the ability to understand a brand's requirements and convert ideas into impactful visual creatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
