Greenwich Packaging focuses on packaging development, sourcing, supplier coordination, and customized packaging solutions for businesses across various industries.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Social Media & Marketing professional who can contribute to our digital marketing activities, strengthen our online presence, support B2B marketing initiatives, and contribute to brand awareness and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging and relevant content aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.

Content Creation

- Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, graphics, captions, videos, blogs, and other marketing content.
- Develop content related to packaging solutions, industry trends, company updates, products, services, and business insights.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency with the company's branding and communication style.
- Use tools such as Canva and other relevant content-creation platforms.

Digital Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support organic and paid marketing activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Explore new digital marketing opportunities and platforms relevant to the business.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

LinkedIn & B2B Marketing

- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence.
- Identify relevant businesses, industry professionals, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Support B2B outreach and engagement activities.




- Research potential clients and target companies in the UK, Europe, and other international markets.
- Support marketing-led lead generation and business development activities.

Market & Competitor Research

- Research packaging industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and market opportunities.
- Identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Conduct research on target companies and prospective clients.
- Prepare basic market and competitor analysis reports.

Website & SEO Support

- Assist with website content updates and improvements.
- Conduct basic keyword research and SEO activities.
- Support blog writing and content optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and online presence.

Email & Marketing Campaigns

- Assist in creating email marketing content, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Support targeted email campaigns for potential and existing clients.
- Maintain marketing databases and campaign records.
- Track campaign performance and engagement.

Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential clients and target companies.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Support the business development team with relevant marketing leads.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for target industries and international markets.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor social media reach, impressions, engagement, followers, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular social media and marketing reports.
- Analyse campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain records of marketing activities and leads.

Brand Management

- Ensure all marketing communication follows the company's branding guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, messaging, and overall brand presentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for marketing activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing,



Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Basic to good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content writing, email marketing, and marketing analytics is preferred.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
- Interest in B2B marketing, international business, and the packaging industry will be an added advantage.
