Project Leadership

Lead and manage one or more high-rise construction projects from planning to handover.

Develop project execution strategies and construction methodologies.

Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule and budget.

Planning & Monitoring

Review and approve project schedules, resource plans, and cash flow projections.

Monitor project milestones and implement corrective actions for delays.

Conduct periodic project review meetings with stakeholders.

Quality Management

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.

Monitor QA/QC implementation across all project stages.

Ensure timely closure of quality observations and defects.

Safety Management

Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and statutory regulations.

Review safety performance and implement preventive measures.

Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.

Budget & Cost Control

Monitor project costs and profitability.

Review contractor bills, subcontractor payments, and variation orders.

Control material wastage and optimize resource utilization.

Contract & Commercial Management

Review contracts and monitor contractual compliance.

Resolve commercial disputes and contractual issues.

Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material and equipment supply.

Client & Consultant Coordination

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.





Attend project review meetings and present project progress.

Ensure timely approvals and statutory clearances.

Team Management

Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Officers, and other project staff.

Mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations.

Promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

Risk Management

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges proactively.

Documentation & Reporting

Review project reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.

Ensure proper project documentation and compliance records.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

M.Tech or MBA in Construction Management/Project Management (Preferred)

Experience

15–20 years of experience in building construction.

Minimum 5 years in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.

Extensive experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
