Shift & Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sundays off + alternate Saturdays off

Inspired Lifestyles Private Limited is a furniture company serving clients across the USA and India. We are looking for a Client Servicing skilled to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

- Own all client communications — written, verbal, and digital — ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses
- Act as the central bridge between clients, the design team, and the production team
- Manage relationships with key clients across the USA and India
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues before they escalate
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project status, timelines,



and deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams for on-time, quality delivery
- Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and management
- Handle client escalations with professionalism

Documentation & Admin Support

- Maintain project-specific procurement folders, drawings, photos, approvals, and documentation
- Support in preparing reports, timelines, and project trackers
- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management (preferably in furniture, interior design, or a related industry)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach
