Duties & Responsibilities

- Input, review, and audit timekeeping and other payroll related records.
- Post changes in pay, tax status, and other miscellaneous categories.
- Compute wage, overtime, and other types of pay.
- Calculate and record payroll deductions (voluntary and involuntary).
- Process advance, termination and other out-of-cycle payments.
- Reconcile earnings and deduction totals.
- Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, rewards, deductions, taxes and third party payments).
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Manage payroll tax audits.
- Understanding of Minimum wages.
- Manage compliances Provident funds, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus and HR polices.
- Generating PF challan, Filing PF Withdraw, Advance, Transfer forms Online.
- Candidate should be proficient in using advanced MS- Excel (VlookUp, HlookUp, Pivot Table.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience into managing Statutory Compliances like PF, ESIC and Bonus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
