We are looking for a qualified, passionate, and experienced PGT Physics teacher to join our academic team at Vedic International School, Sambalpur (CBSE).

The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics education to senior secondary students and preparing them effectively for CBSE Board Examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons with effective teaching methodologies.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, numerical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct Physics practicals and ensure effective use of laboratory resources.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Regularly assess student learning and provide constructive feedback and academic support.
- Identify students who require additional support and provide appropriate remedial guidance.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations through systematic revision, practice, and assessment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Encourage students to participate in academic activities, projects, competitions, and scientific initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined,



and engaging classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school management to achieve academic goals.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress when required.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, training programmes, examinations, and other academic responsibilities.
- Stay updated with the CBSE curriculum, teaching practices, assessment patterns, and developments in Physics education.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred/required as per applicable norms.
- Relevant teaching experience as a PGT Physics, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics and familiarity with the CBSE Classes XI–XII curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a school setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
