We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, explaining available courses and programs, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve assigned admission targets.
- Explain course features, benefits, duration, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs,



counselling sessions, and promotional activities when required.
- Build strong and qualified relationships with students and parents.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Stay updated on the organization's courses, programs, and admission policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good listening and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
