We’re Hiring | Legal Executive – Chennai

IP CLIMB, a Fipchain initiative focused on IP protection, rights management and legal solutions for the Media & Entertainment industry, is looking for a Legal Executive to join our team in Chennai.

Location : Chennai | Full-time

Experience: 0 – 2 year of legal experience, preferably in corporate, in-house, media & entertainment, or related roles.

What We’re Looking For

- Positive drafting and reviewing skills for contracts and agreements
- Strong understanding of basic legal documentation and processes
- Professional commitment, punctuality and workplace etiquette
- Fluency in English, Tamil and Hindi/Telugu
- Ability to communicate clearly with producers, creators and internal teams

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate and manage legal agreements, including:
- Rights Assignment Agreements
- Licensing Agreements
- Co-production Contracts
- Artist Agreements
- NDAs
- Content Exploitation Agreements




- Maintain legal records and ensure smooth documentation flow
- Support day-to-day legal documentation and policy requirements
- Proactively introduce IP CLIMB’s legal services to producers and creators
- Explain legal structuring, rights protection and risk mitigation in a simple and effective manner
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for execution and follow-ups
