Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, reels, and promotional content.
- Create and coordinate short-form video content, including Reels and Shorts.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, designers, and the marketing team.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and audience preferences.
- Ensure content is aligned with the company’s brand and marketing goals.

Requirements

- Robust Hindi and English communication skills – Mandatory.




- Good creativity, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable creating and appearing in social media video content, if required.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Ability to write engaging captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Prior content creation, social media, or digital marketing experience is preferred.
