Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Pre-Sales & Bidding with strong hands-on experience in bidding.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing bid documents, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, and preparing high-quality proposals to support business growth and successful bid closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage technical and commercial bid responses.
- Develop proposals, solution documents, presentations, executive summaries, compliance matrices, and response templates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Technical SMEs, Delivery, Finance, HR, and other internal teams for bid preparation.
- Gather inputs from various stakeholders and consolidate them into a complete and compliant proposal.
- Prepare bid compliance sheets / requirement traceability matrices and ensure all mandatory requirements are addressed.
- Support solution design and translate client business requirements into appropriate solutions.
- Participate in client discussions, pre-bid meetings, clarification calls, and presentations.




- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support bidding strategies.
- Assist in preparing project estimates, resource plans, timelines, commercials, and pricing inputs.
- Ensure proposals are submitted within defined deadlines and comply with client requirements.
- Maintain a database of previous proposals, credentials, case studies, company profiles, and reusable bid content.
- Track bid status, submission timelines, outcomes, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve bid quality and win probability.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, Bid Management, or Proposal Management..
- Experience preparing and managing technical proposals and bid documents.
- Strong requirement-analysis and documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams during the bidding process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Robust knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
