Job Summary

seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Services AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered Content Services and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions that transform how organizations capture, manage, process, discover, and utilize enterprise information.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Content Services Platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, Semantic Search, and Content Automation. The role requires hands-on development experience in integrating AI technologies with enterprise content repositories to improve document intelligence, knowledge management, and business workflows

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance AI-enabled Content Services, ECM, and Intelligent Information Management solutions.
- Build enterprise search and retrieval solutions using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Develop AI-powered document processing, classification, metadata extraction, summarization, and content enrichment capabilities.
- Integrate ECM platforms such as OpenText Documentum Suite with AI services and enterprise applications.
- Develop custom applications, APIs, microservices, and AI workflows using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
- Implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), and orchestration frameworks.
- Design and optimize prompt engineering, grounding, semantic search, and knowledge management solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Develop secure content ingestion pipelines, embedding generation,



vector indexing, and AI-powered content discovery solutions.
- Implement security, governance, compliance, retention, and access control requirements for enterprise content repositories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data teams to identify AI use cases and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI model performance, search relevance, application reliability, and operational efficiency.

Prepare technical documentation, mentor development teams, and contribute to solution architecture, presales activities, and innovation initiatives
