Design Thinking Teacher/Trainer – Agastya International Foundation

Role: Design Thinking Teacher / Facilitator
Organisation: Agastya International Foundation
Location: Delhi/NCR or as per program requirement

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Design Thinking sessions for school students.
- Facilitate hands-on activities, problem identification, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- Encourage students to think creatively and develop solutions to real-life problems.
- Guide students through Empathise → Define → Ideate → Prototype → Test.
- Support students in developing innovative projects and models.
- Maintain session plans, student records, and program reports.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, and the Agastya team.
- Travel to schools and program locations as required.

Preferred Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Engineering, Design, Sciences,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Design Thinking, STEM education, innovation, maker education, or school-based programs.
- Good communication and classroom facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working with government and private schools.
- Ability to conduct activity-based and experiential learning sessions.
- Willingness to travel for field-based program implementation.

Important qualities:
Creative thinking, patience with students, problem-solving mindset, teamwork, ownership, and strong facilitation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
