Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track demo classes, conversions, attendance, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting.
- Coordinate with HR and management for compliance and reporting needs.
- Maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets and shared drives.
- Implement new developments in MIS reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in MIS reporting or data management.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- Power Query & Power Pivot
- Advanced formulas (INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, IFERROR, etc.)
- Conditional formatting & data validation
- Dashboard creation & automation with macros
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and cloud-based reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
