Position: Sand Knockout Operator / Maintenance Technician
Experience: 1+ Years preferred
Industry: Foundry / Manufacturing
Location: Coimbatore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and monitor sand knockout machines and equipment.
- Carry out knockout operations safely and efficiently.
- Remove sand from castings after the casting process.
- Operate shakeout, shot blasting and related equipment.
- Identify abnormal equipment conditions and report breakdowns.
- Perform routine inspection, lubrication and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
- Reduce machine downtime and support smooth production operations.

QUALIFICATION

- 10/12/ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred.




- Foundry / Mechanical experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in sand knockout operations and maintenance are preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Knowledge of foundry processes and equipment.
- Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Machine troubleshooting skills.
- Safety awareness.
- Ability to work in a foundry environment.
