- Workshop Operations: Coordinate daily service workflow, assign tasks based on technician skills, and track repair turnaround times (TAT).
- EV Technical Oversight: Supervise diagnostics and repair of electric vehicle components including lithium-ion batteries, motor controllers, and onboard chargers.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict high-voltage safety protocols, such as using insulated tools, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and performing isolation checks.
- Team Leadership: Train technicians on emerging EV technologies, monitor productivity, and conduct daily briefings.
- Customer Relations: Greet customers, address escalated complaints, explain repair estimates, and ensure high satisfaction scores.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
