Job Description – Validation & Installation Engineer

We are looking for a candidate with a Mechanical Engineering background who owns a two-wheeler and can travel to client sites. The engineer will install, configure, and test equipment or systems to ensure they meet operational and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and set up equipment or systems at client sites according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Develop and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols, as applicable.
- Test equipment performance, review results, and confirm reliable operation under real-world conditions.
- Prepare and maintain validation documents, such as Validation Master Plans (VMPs), User Requirement Specifications (URS), and compliance reports.
- Follow applicable industry requirements, including GMP, ISO, and relevant safety standards.




- Identify and troubleshoot equipment or system faults during installation and testing, determine their causes, and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support project handover, user training, and post-installation service.
- Maintain accurate installation, testing, and service records.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with equipment installation, calibration, system integration, or diagnostic tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or relevant industry safety standards.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Must own a bike and be able to travel to client sites.
- Candidate should be ready for travelling to customer sites for installation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
