We are looking for a Logistics Executive with 3–4 years of experience in logistics/shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Invoices, Packing Lists & Proforma Invoices
- Coordinating with freight forwarders for checklists, transport arrangements, vehicle loading & unloading
- Following up with freight forwarders to obtain Bill of Lading (BL), shipment schedules, and maintaining proper records
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation for export/import shipments
- Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Maintaining systematic filing of shipping and customs documents
- To send out all the shipping documents to customers
