· Inspect and approve incoming raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials as per approved specifications.

· Monitor quality parameters at all stages of production and ensure adherence to approved process standards.

· Conduct sampling, inspection and testing of finished products before release.

· Ensure implementation of GMP, GHP, hygiene and food-safety practices across the manufacturing facility.

· Monitor HACCP/food-safety plans, Critical Control Points (CCPs), critical limits and required records.

· Maintain product specifications, quality standards, inspection methods and testing procedures.

· Ensure proper operation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory/testing equipment.

· Maintain quality records including inspection reports, test reports, batch records, COA and quality registers.

· Identify non-conformities, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).





· Investigate customer complaints and coordinate timely corrective actions with production and other departments.

· Monitor supplier quality and communicate raw-material/packaging quality issues to Purchase and Stores.

· Conduct internal quality, hygiene and process audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

· Support product trials, current product development, process changes and validation activities.

· Reduce product rejection, rework, wastage and quality-related losses through continuous improvement.

· Train production and support employees on quality standards, hygiene, GMP/GHP and food safety.

· Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI, statutory, customer and company quality requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
