- Call up the leads from social media or any other channels and discuss their career goals
- Validate if the student has potential and check affordability
- Convert the leads in enrolment for the trainings
- Mediate in the case of misunderstandings between students and teachers
- Listen to students problems at all times, especially when it has to do with their academic, social, or emotional lives, and suggest solutions where necessary
- Attend meetings with the management to understand how you can handle all questions/clarify doubts to students
