Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join our academic team at the Sholinganallur campus. The candidate should have a strong understanding of psychology concepts, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive psychology lessons.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Encourage critical thinking and active participation in discussions and projects.

Student Engagement and Development:

- Support and guide students in understanding psychology concepts and applying them to real-life scenarios.
- Identify and address individual learning needs to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
- Provide mentorship to students preparing for exams, projects, and competitions.

Assessment and Reporting:

- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Collaboration and Professional Development:





- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology and educational best practices.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Subject Expertise: Strong understanding of psychology theories, principles, and applications.
