We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German Language Specialist – Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong German and English communication skills and be responsible for communicating with German-speaking clients, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with German-speaking customers and clients through calls, emails, and online communication.
- Handle sales inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with German-speaking clients.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents in German and English.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements,



and competitor activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or international sales is preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently with German-speaking customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work according to international/German business hours, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

- German language certification such as B2/C1 or equivalent.
- Experience working with German-speaking markets or international clients.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales will be an advantage.
