Job Description – Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Gurgaon (The Palm Springs Plaza, Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 5, Sector 54, Gurugram, Haryana - 122003)

Role Purpose:

To design and deliver engaging soft skills and customer experience training for retail teams, helping

employees improve their communication, customer handling, selling behaviour and overall service

experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct classroom and on-floor training for retail employees.

 Deliver sessions on communication, customer service, selling skills, grooming, presentation and behavioural skills.

 Understand training requirements through business and store-level inputs.

 Prepare engaging training activities, role plays and simulations.

 Conduct product-independent behavioural and service capability assessments.

 Track training participation, feedback and effectiveness.

 Work closely with Store Managers, ARMs and L&D team to identify learning gaps.





 Provide post-training follow-ups and reinforcement activities.

 Support L&D; projects, campaigns and learning initiatives across stores.

Key Skills:

 Strong communication and presentation skills.

 Positive understanding of retail customer experience and selling environment.

 Ability to engage frontline retail employees.

 Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

 Good MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.

 Willingness to travel to stores as required.

Preferred Profile:

 1–2 years of experience in retail training, soft skills training, customer service training or frontline

retail.

 Retail industry experience is preferred.

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Energetic, confident and comfortable interacting with frontline teams.

 Passionate about learning, people development and customer experience.

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
