JM Marketing Services is a LinkedIn personal branding agency. We help founders and executives across the US, UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia build authority, inbound leads and trust on LinkedIn.

We're hiring a Content & Operations Lead to own content for our client accounts and keep our delivery team running smoothly. You'll work directly with the founder, and this role will grow as the agency grows.

What you'll do

Content

- Write LinkedIn content for founder and executive client accounts
- Plan monthly content topics for each client, in line with their goals and voice
- Maintain a voice and content guide for every client
- Keep a content buffer of at least 2 weeks for every account

Operations

- Check the team's daily work on every client: outreach, follow-ups, engagement and reporting
- Follow up with team members on anything missed or delayed
- Track each client's progress and prepare weekly reports
- Flag what's working and what isn't, and suggest improvements to the founder




- Build and run internal systems and trackers that keep delivery consistent

You're a fit if you

- Have 2+ years of experience in content writing, ideally LinkedIn or B2B
- Write in a sharp, human voice that suits senior founders, without sounding like AI
- Are organised and enjoy building systems
- Are comfortable holding people accountable, politely and firmly
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
- Can work from our Agra office (or are willing to relocate)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
