We are seeking an efficient, organized, and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, oversee daily warehouse operations, and coordinate order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inbound and outbound stock of woollen apparel and raw materials, ensuring accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
- Dispatch & Packaging: Manage order fulfillment, quality checking, packaging, and timely dispatch for retail outlets and customer orders.
- Receiving & Quality Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments from manufacturers/suppliers for quantity, quality, correct sizing, and damage before updating stock levels.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain proper storage, labeling, and categorization of seasonal stock to optimize space and improve retrieval efficiency.
- Logistics Coordination:



Coordinate with transport providers, couriers, and delivery personnel for prompt shipment pick-up and distribution.
- Stock Audits: Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies, damage, or loss.

Key Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics (experience in garments/textiles is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), ERP systems, or MS Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques (FIFO, stock auditing, labeling).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in active storehouse environments.
