We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team at T2, Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products and explain features, benefits, offers, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Manage billing and basic cash/POS transactions as required.
- Maintain adequate product stock and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
- Follow company policies, airport guidelines, and retail procedures.
- Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a strong shopping experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, luxury retail, FMCG, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Location: T2, Mumbai Airport
