The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Outreach Specialist who can help us grow our social presence while actively finding and engaging the right people for Evatt AI.

You’ll be involved in everything from content ideas, scripting and video editing to community engagement, outreach, calls and lead conversion.

What you'll do

- Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit.
- Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions and short-form videos.
- Edit reels, videos and other social content.
- Grow and manage Evatt’s social media pages and track what is working.
- Engage with relevant legal, technology and business communities and conversations.
- Identify the right people, firms, creators, communities and potential customers to reach out to.
- Research prospects and identify relevant triggers and opportunities for outreach.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, messages and calls.
- Follow up with prospects and help move them towards demos, partnerships or conversions.




- Track outreach activity, responses and conversions and continuously improve the approach.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media, content, outreach, sales development or a similar role.
- Proven experience growing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, hooks, scripting and storytelling.
- Comfortable with video editing and tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Strong communication and English skills, especially for calls and direct outreach.
- Good at researching people, finding the right prospects and understanding why and when to approach them.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and conversion-focused outreach.
- Experience working with US or Australian audiences/markets is a strong plus.
- Legal, SaaS or B2B experience is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who can create content, grow an audience, find the right people and turn conversations into opportunities, not someone who only manages a posting calendar.
