Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Co-ordinator (Senior BCO) to handle sales and client coordination for ISO Certification and ISO Training services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads, client enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for ISO Certification & Training.
- Conduct client presentations and handle negotiations/objections.
- Coordinate audit schedules and requirements with the technical team.
- Follow up on payments and pending client documents.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and sales pipeline.
- Develop repeat business, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.




- Handle client escalations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide and support Fresher BCOs in calls, follow-ups and closures.
- Support Business Associate-generated enquiries.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in sales/client coordination, preferably ISO-related services.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email and CRM/ERP.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage targets and multiple clients.
- Knowledge of ISO certification/training processes is an advantage.
