- Generate and develop new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Handle incoming corporate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Contact companies through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other professional channels.
- Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with corporate clients.
- Understand the client's event requirements, budget and expectations.
- Present Panache Events' event management, corporate event and wedding/event solutions professionally.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and presentations with clients.
- Coordinate with the Production, Creative, Operations and Purchase teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely responses.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing business and achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Attend corporate events, venue visits and client meetings whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations and conversions in the CRM.
- Identify recent companies and decision-makers for business development.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep track of competitors, market opportunities and corporate event trends.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution after the deal is closed.
