Job Summary

We are looking for a Food Cost Controller who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in food cost control, inventory management, MIS reporting, SAP, and Advanced Excel.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring food costs, inventory, consumption, wastage, and variances across our kitchens.

Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor food cost, consumption, purchases, wastage, and inventory across kitchens.
- Analyze food cost and inventory variances and identify reasons for discrepancies.
- Monitor recipe costing, portion control, yield, and wastage.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/SAP inventory.
- Track stock movements, consumption, transfers, and closing stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for food cost and inventory.
- Generate and analyze reports from SAP.




- Work with kitchen, operations, purchase, and stores teams to improve cost control.
- Identify excess consumption, wastage, and inventory losses.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Food Cost Control, F&B; Costing, Inventory Control, or a similar role.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel is mandatory – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, etc.
- Good understanding of food costing, inventory, wastage, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Hindi and English – Mandatory.

Education

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Finance, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Industry Preference: F&B; / Restaurant / Cloud Kitchen / Food Service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
