Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) for English/Maths who can create an engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in innovative teaching strategies, phonics, storytelling, and interactive language learning methods to develop students’ reading, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English and Mathematics to primary-grade students using engaging, child-centred teaching methods.
- Build strong foundations in reading, writing, grammar, communication, numeracy, and problem-solving.
- Prepare and deliver CBSE-aligned lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and assessments.
- Use phonics, storytelling, games, activities, manipulatives, and technology to make learning interactive.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual attention and remedial support wherever required.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents and coordinators regarding students’ academic progress and development.




- Participate in school events, competitions, projects, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to the school’s academic and developmental initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred.
- 2–5 years of primary teaching experience preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
- Strong command of English and Mathematics at the primary level.
- Knowledge of phonics, grammar, reading, writing, arithmetic, and activity-based learning.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and passionate about working with young learners.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology-enabled teaching.
