Workday Technical Consultant
Senior / Lead Level

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Workday Technical Consultant to own the design, build,
and support of Workday integrations and technical configuration across a complex, multi-module HCM landscape. This is a hands-on engineering role with client-facing design authority: you will translate functional HR requirements into resilient, secure, well-documented technical solutions, and act as the escalation point for the most complex integration and data problems.
Beyond traditional integration work, the role carries responsibility for the emerging AI layer of the Workday ecosystem — extending the platform with agentic and AI-assisted automation, exposing Workday data safely to intelligent systems, and establishing the engineering standards that keep those solutions auditable and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development
• Architect and build integrations — using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, and Workday Orchestrate, selecting the right tool for each scenario rather than defaulting to one.
