As a Senior Associate – M&A; Enterprise Apps – Accelerated Solutions you will translate private equity and M&A; goals into application separation, integration, and modernization strategies within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex application landscapes, lead workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs,



while building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members through changing priorities and multiple dependencies. In this role at PwC, you will support enterprise application portfolios across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, CRM, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, and help shape deliverables that link technical findings to business decisions.

In this role, you will bring a client-focused mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will be expected to coordinate across time zones, organize project milestones, interpret feedback, and develop clear materials that support governance, cutover planning, and executive communication.
