• Experience Requirements

• 12+ years’ of overall experience, with strong hands-on Java development (Java 8+, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices) and automation processes.

Valuable to Have:

• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect / Azure DevOps Engineer.

• Exposure to specific RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Service Bus/Event Grid).

• Prior experience in a client-facing / consulting delivery environment

• Knowledge Requirements

Core Engineering

• 12+ years of overall experience,



with strong hands-on Java development (Java 8+, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead — leading a small-to-mid sized team technically, not just individually contributing.

• Strong solution design / architecture skills — able to produce HLD/LLD, evaluate trade-offs, and present designs to stakeholders.

Automation

• Demonstrated automation mindset — experience automating processes, workflows, testing, or operations. Prior hands-on RPA tool experience (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to devise and propose automation solution designs — evaluating when to use AI-based automation vs. traditional workflow/integration approaches and architecting the target-state automation platform.

• Experience integrating automation platforms with backend systems via APIs/microservices.

Cloud & DevOps

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft A
