The Global Medical Manager Medical Excellence leads the Medical Affairs-owned external engagement (CORE Medical Affairs) and Scientific Publications processes and serves as the global subject matter expert (SME) for these areas. The role develops and delivers training, guidance, and support to Medical Affairs colleagues worldwide to enable compliant, consistent, and effective execution. The role provides global governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of these processes and coordinates and supports related Health Authority inspections and audits.

The role develops and delivers training, guidance, and support to Medical Affairs colleagues worldwide to enable compliant, consistent, and effective execution. The role provides global governance, oversight,

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Leads the Medical Affairs-owned CORE processes for compliant and successful external engagements and drives continuous process improvement, including:
• Dissemination of promotional and non-promotional content (Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review). Contracting HCPs & HCOs for Qualified Services
• Management of HCP/HCO-related grants & sponsorships. Implementation of preceptorships, rovision of membership fees to Medical & Scientific societies
• Distribution of items of medical utility, leads and continuously improves the Scientific Publications process, serves as the global subject matter expert (SME) for the Medical Affairs-owned CORE and Scientific Publications processes and ensures these processes remain current and compliant thro
