We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to manage people, processes and day-to-day operational activities while ensuring a productive and well-structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
• Handle performance management and employee concerns.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and requirements.
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Monitor day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour and HR regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
• Build a positive, accountable and performance-driven work culture.

What We’re Looking For




• 5+ years of experience in HR and/or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee management.
• Experience in recruitment and team coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing HR operations in a growing organisation is preferred.
