Role Description:

The Student Advisor (Sales) will support prospective learners through the entire admission and enrollment journey, with a focus on consultative selling and student guidance.



Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with leads via calls, emails, and messages, understanding learners’ goals, recommending suitable programs, and clearly explaining course features, pricing, and outcomes. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inquiries, meeting enrollment and revenue targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve learner experience. Student Advisors will also provide basic counseling on career paths, program selection, and learning formats while ensuring high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban.
