The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce tools and frameworks and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.

• Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture.

• Ensure the implementation of Salesforce security standards and best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

• Follow the TDD approach and ensure unit-test coverage meets quality requirements.

• Experience Requirements

• 10-15 years’ experience as Salesforce Developer, working within Financial Services or Banking is desirable but not essential.

• Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
