The Role
The EUC Manager – MDM and Endpoint Security is responsible for defining and delivering the lifecycle roadmap for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and related endpoint services,



ensuring alignment with the British Council’s Digital Engagement Strategy and business needs. The role oversees the full service lifecycle—from implementation and ongoing delivery to continuous improvement and eventual retirement—while managing day-to-day service operations through a combination of internal Digital & Technology teams and external suppliers.
As part of the Digital and Technology Directorate, the role supports the delivery of secure, scalable, and efficient workplace technology services. Working within the Operations division, the EUC Manager ensures reliable endpoint management, security, and modern workplace capabilities, leveraging ITIL-based service management practices and supplier partnerships to maintain service performance, drive continuous improvement, and support the transition of current technologies into live operations.
