We’re looking for an experienced IND Manager- People Matters to join our India People Matters Team. In this role, you’ll handle a diverse caseload including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and capability matters, absence and wellbeing support, contract queries, and policy reviews. This position is open to both office-based working environments and hybrid working settings from our office in India
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The People Matters team supports colleagues and people leaders in navigating workplace needs and concerns, ensuring consistent guidance, fair outcomes, and positive employee experience.
The incumbent would be -
• Performance management
• Investigating allegations
• Policy interpretation and application
• Draft new People policies, standards, and guidelines in clear and accessible language.
• Review existing People policies across business units.
• Wellbeing and absence management
• Organizational change support
• Provide high-quality advisory support to India business managers and colleagues on a day-to-day basis, partnering effectively across teams to deliver best practice outcomes.
• Use coaching and influencing skills to ensure the right outcomes are achieved in each case while managing risk and maximizing business results.
• Develop robust and credible relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to promote healthy employee relations across the busine
