Wellfinity 360 is looking for a driven B2B Lead Generation Intern to support our corporate business development efforts across HR, employee wellbeing and workplace wellness.
This is a 6-month remote internship suited to someone who wants hands-on exposure to B2B prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, lead research and sales pipeline development.
What you will work on
• Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers
• Build and maintain prospect databases
• Identify CHROs, HR Heads, Rewards & Benefits leaders and other relevant stakeholders
• Support LinkedIn and email outreach
• Qualify leads and help build a structured sales pipeline
• Track outreach, responses and follow-ups
• Support the business development team with market and account research

Who we are looking for
• Robust research and communication skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
• Interest in B2B sales, business development or lead generation
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets




• Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing is helpful, but not mandatory

Internship Structure
• Duration: 6 months
• Work mode: Remote / Work from Home
• Month 1: Unpaid training and evaluation period
• Months 2–6: Monthly stipend, subject to satisfactory performance during the first month
• High-performing interns may be considered for a longer-term role/employment opportunity with Wellfinity 360
