Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Licensing & Commercial Management
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Microsoft licensing programs, including CSP, EA, MPSA,SPLA, and Open Value.
• Optimize customer licensing through cost analysis, deal benchmarking, and spend optimization.
• Advise customers on the most effective licensing solutions to maximize ROI and compliance.
• Support the sales team in positioning organizations value proposition to win large and complexlicensing deals.
• Deliver Microsoft software advisory and license optimization projects.
• Conduct licensing workshops and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide licensing helpdesk support for large enterprise customers and resolve complex queries.
• Maintain 100% compliance of OEM trainings and certifications across teams.
• Administer vendor portals (e.g., PSX, Microsoft Partner Center) for updates, data validation,and user management.
• Organize vendor-funded campaigns and events (PowerDays, webinars, customer round tables)




• Enable internal teams through ongoing Licensing and Program knowledge sessions.

Program Management & Execution
• Conduct detailed program briefings and training sessions for sales and presales teams.
• Support Sales (Account Managers) in identifying opportunities, renewals, and incrementalrevenue streams.
• Maintain an active customer pipeline and track conversion from engagement to license purchase.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and program trackers for business reviews with Microsoft and Crayon Leadership.

Job Requirements
• Robust knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs (CSP, EA, MPSA, SPLA, Open Value).
• 3–6 years of experience in Micrososft licensing, SAM, commercial management.
• Ability to conduct cost analysis, ROI assessments, and licensing optimization.
• Experience supporting sales teams in complex deal structuring and customer conversations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Partner Center, PSX, or similar vendor
