U.Labs is a Mumbai-based venture studio that builds, scales, and invests in the next generation of businesses. We operate as strategic co-builders, combining business strategy, technology, AI, brand, and growth to help founders and companies move from idea to execution at speed.

You will immediately work on StackBack.ai, our SaaS product for D2C and ecommerce brands, and shortly thereafter across other AI, SaaS and enterprise products and platforms being built at U.Labs.

About The Role

This is the most integrated growth role we offer outside of the founding team itself. As a Growth Intern, you will work directly with the CEO across every growth lever the company has — from outbound and content to partnerships and product-led acquisition. You’ll see how growth decisions are made at the strategic level and execute on them in real time.

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn fast, executes fast, and doesn’t need hand-holding.

What You’ll Do

Outbound, Lead Generation and Pitches

• Research and build targeted prospect lists for U.Labs’ products
• Conduct product and platform pitches and manage activations
• Understand product usage, research and drive consultative nurturing across the portfolio
• Run cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn
• Manage all communications, meetings, and calls with prospects
• Track pipeline metrics and help refine our ICP and messaging based on response data
• Manage active conversations, CRM, proposals and systems
• Create pitch decks, and other required collaterals
• Model current offers, create lead magnets and drive program uptake
• Nurture pipeline of prospects and drive conversions
