Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding AIVOLV’s client base.



This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to understand service offerings, create tailored proposals, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution. Daily activities include market research, networking, attending client meetings, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate sales and CRM records. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, providing regular business development reports, and contributing insights to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen long-term client relationships.
