About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Student Support & Operations Executive to support enrolled students throughout their post-admission journey. The role involves communicating with students, assisting with onboarding, following up on pending documents and fee payments, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries. You will also maintain student records and update operational trackers using Excel or Google Sheets. This prospect is ideal for freshers who enjoy interacting with people, managing follow-ups, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact for enrolled students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




• Guide students through onboarding and communicate documentation requirements, timelines, and next steps.
• Follow up with students to collect pending documents and check submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Track fee payment status, send timely reminders, and coordinate payment confirmation with the relevant team.
• Respond to routine student queries and escalate concerns that require additional support.
• Coordinate with admissions and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from enrolment to post-admission support.
• Maintain accurate student records, communication notes, and follow-up status in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
• Prepare regular updates on pending documents, payment follow-ups, onboarding progress, and unresolved queries.
• Identify delays or discrepancies and follow through until the required action is completed.
• Gather student feedback and highlight recurring concerns to improve the support experience.
