As we continue to grow, we are expanding our support team in India and are looking for motivated individuals who can provide a high level of sales and customer service support across our businesses and their customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, has strong communication skills and is comfortable handling both sales conversations and customer support.




What You'll Be DoingYou will be one of the first points of contact for prospective and existing customers and students. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding to new inquiries through phone, email and text
• Speaking with prospective customers and students and understanding their goals
• Providing information about La Vie Academy's programs, locations, tuition and upcoming intakes, as well as products and services offered by other La Vie subsidiaries
• Following up with prospective customers and students and helping move inquiries through the sales or admissions process
• Handling general customer service and student inquiries professionally
• Maintaining accurate notes and updating lead information in our CRM
• Following up with leads consistently and on time
• Coordinating with our Canadian sales, admissions and operations teams
• Building positive relationships with prospective and existing customers and
