We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Director to lead and establish our operations in Pune, India.

This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in the AV industry who can help us build and manage our Pune operations from the ground up.



This person will play an key role in setting up the office, establishing operational processes and creating a strong foundation for future growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong AV industry knowledge, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership of both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.

What are your responsibilities?

• Lead the setup Pune office, with a strong focus on AV operations and project delivery.
• Use strong AV industry knowledge and experience to establish and improve operational processes.
• Oversee AV rack building, equipment preparation, testing, quality control, and project readiness.
• Work closely with AV Engineering, Sales, Service, Installation, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure AV projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and according to company and industry standards.
