Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1.5 MDM Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE. The role involves providing operational support, troubleshooting, device enrollment assistance, policy administration, and incident management for enterprise mobile device management environments. The candidate will act as an escalation point for L1 teams and collaborate with L2/L3 teams to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Device Management & Administration
Manage and support mobile devices through Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE.
Assist users with device enrollment, registration, and onboarding.
Monitor device compliance and security posture.
Configure and maintain device profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments.
Support iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS device management.
