About the Role
At Hoi, we’re building smarter and more seamless airport experiences. We’re looking for a proactive, curious intern to help us identify partnership opportunities and build relationships across the travel, fintech, banking, and lifestyle ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
• Research potential partners across banking, fintech, travel, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
• Identify and evaluate current business and collaboration opportunities.
• Support partner outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and partnership presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership campaigns.
• Track partnership performance and maintain relevant reports.

What We’re Looking For




• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with presentations, spreadsheets, and basic business research.
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
• Interest in startups, business development, partnerships, and the travel industry.
