About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Bench Sales Skilled with 3 to 8 years of expertise in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our IT consultants (on H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and US Citizen visas) to tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients. You will act as a bridge between available consultant talent and high-paying project requirements, focusing on minimizing bench time and maximizing profit margins.
Key Responsibilities
• Consultant Marketing & Placement: Proactively market available IT consultants (W2/C2C) across various technologies (Java, Data Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Full Stack, QA, Salesforce, etc.) to get them placed on billable projects quickly.
• Vendor & Client Network Expansion: Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with Tier-1 vendors, Prime Vendors,



and Direct Clients to secure direct requirements.
• Portal Sourcing & Database Management: Utilize job portals, job boards, and social media platforms (Dice, Monster/Monster Worldwide, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Corp-Corp, Telegram/WhatsApp groups) to source requirements and map consultant skills.
• Submission & Interview Coordination: Submit tailored resumes to daily requirements, line up interviews, prepare consultants for client technical rounds, and follow up on feedback.
• Rate Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate profitable bill rates and terms with vendors, and finalize pay rates/salaries with consultants.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company guidelines, tax terms (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099), and immigration regulations (H1B transfers, extensions, and visa stipulations).
